Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM Support Engineer (L2–L3) to provide advanced operational support for enterprise Identity and Access Management services across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise environments.
The role focuses on incident resolution, complex request fulfilment, monitoring, reporting, and service improvement to ensure IAM services meet defined SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2–L3 operational support across IAM platforms in cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments.
• Resolve incidents and service requests relating to identity lifecycle (JML), access requests, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and PKI.
• Troubleshoot identity synchronisation, authentication failures, MFA issues, and certificate‑based access problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem management and continual service improvement.
• Monitor IAM services, integrations, and connectors to maintain availability and performance.
• Respond to alerts from security monitoring tools and prevent SLA breaches.
• Produce operational and ad hoc IAM reporting, including SLA and KPI metrics.
• Support audit, compliance, and security reporting activities.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.

Essential Experience & Skills
• Strong hands‑on experience providing L2–L3 IAM operational support.
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, IGA, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and PKI concepts.
• Experience supporting IAM technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, MIM, Okta, BeyondTrust, PKI, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience working in ITIL‑aligned support environments with SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, IGA, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and PKI concepts.
