Your new role

As an IAM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the IAM programme. You’ll be responsible for defining and documenting IAM processes, supporting the development of the Target Operating Model, and ensuring that access rights are correctly assigned and managed. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Business Operations to ensure the right people have the right access—no more, no less.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within IAM programmes.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, SSO, MFA, and IAM workflows.
• Experience in process design and documentation for IGA, AM, and PAM.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint IdentityIQ & NERM, and CIAM.
• Knowledge of IAM security requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver training and support change management.
• Experience with operational-level discussions on the Target Operating Model design and documentation
