About the Role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join our innovative computing department. You will teach across Key Stages 3 to 5, delivering engaging lessons that develop students’ digital literacy, computational thinking, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in ICT and Computing.
  • Teach a range of topics, including digital systems, programming, data handling, and cybersecurity.
  • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
  • Encourage safe and responsible use of technology.
  • Contribute to extracurricular clubs, competitions, and digital learning initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified teacher with a QTS (or equivalent).
  • Strong subject knowledge in ICT and Computing.
  • Experience teaching KS3–KS5 (including A-Level).
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
  • A commitment to inclusive, engaging, and forward-thinking teaching.
Desirable Characteristics of an Experienced Teacher:
  • A track record of excellent student outcomes in ICT or Computing.
  • Experience integrating technology into cross-curricular projects.
  • Confidence in using and teaching a range of software and platforms.
  • Awareness of current trends in digital education and e-safety.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues or leading digital strategy initiatives.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for innovation.
