Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer | Doncaster | Up to £42,000

Role: HVAC Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Doncaster
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Contract: Permanent
Reporting To: Static Site Manager
Site Type: Static (No vehicle included)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems and building services
  • Fault-finding and repair of VRV/VRF air conditioning systems
  • Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and safe handling of refrigerants
  • Support site operations, liaising with the Static Site Manager and client representatives
  • Complete risk assessments, method statements, and all required documentation
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Use CAFM systems and mobile devices for work management and reporting
Essential Requirements
  • Recognised HVAC or time-served apprenticeship
  • F-Gas qualification (mandatory)
  • Strong multi-skilled background (mechanical and electrical)
  • Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and fault-finding
  • Ability to complete risk assessments and permits
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable Skills
  • BMS system experience
  • IPAF / PASMA certifications
  • Working at Height qualification
  • AP qualifications
Additional Information
  • Static site role – no company vehicle provided
  • Limited overtime available
  • On-call responsibilities currently under review
