HVAC Compliance Coordinator, Accrington, £40,000 - £45,000

Our client is a leading organisation within the property and housing sector, delivering essential services to ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator within HEVAC to support the effective management of compliance across heating, ventilation, electrical, and associated safety programmes.

This is a systems and data-focused role, ensuring compliance records, certification, and remedial works are accurately tracked, reported, and maintained to support a safe and fully compliant property portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Coordinator:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records across HVAC, electrical, and associated programmes
• Track and reconcile work orders, certification, and inspection reports
• Identify and escalate non-compliance issues and required remedial work
• Support performance monitoring through data analysis and reporting
• Administer compliance systems, including work orders, budgets, and records
• Prepare and validate reports to support operational performance
• Provide information for internal and external audits
• Support continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes
• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery

What you’ll be doing
• Ensuring compliance data is accurate, current, and audit-ready
• Monitoring HVAC and electrical compliance performance
• Supporting the delivery of planned compliance programmes
• Coordinating certification, inspections, and remedial actions
• Using systems and data to drive efficiency and reporting improvements
• Supporting a strong culture of safety and compliance
The skills, knowledge and experience you’ll need
Essential
• Experience in compliance, asset management, or property maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or building compliance requirements
• Experience supporting planned works and performance monitoring
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and database systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable
• Experience with housing or asset management systems
• Knowledge of gas, electrical, or building safety compliance
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
