Your new role

As a Humanities Teacher, you’ll be delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to specialise in your preferred subject area. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and teaching high-quality lessons in one or more Humanities subjects
  • Inspiring students to explore the world around them and think critically
  • Assessing progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment activities
  • Supporting the wider school community and ethos


What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Humanities subjects in UK secondary schools
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Availability from January 2026
