Job Title: Humanities & Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher
Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £120 – £250 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, temporary
Start Date: Immediate Start

Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities & MFL Teacher to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, inspiring students to explore history, geography, culture, and languages. You will nurture a love for learning, broaden students’ global perspectives, and help them develop strong communication skills in both English and foreign languages.

Key Responsibilities


•Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons in Humanities and at least one Modern Foreign Language (e.g., French, Spanish, German).
•Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
•Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and respect for different cultures.
•Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a safe and productive learning space.
•Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and innovative teaching strategies.

Requirements


•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
•A degree in Humanities, Modern Foreign Languages, or a related field.
•Experience teaching Humanities and/or MFL at secondary school level.
•Strong subject knowledge and a passion for cultural and linguistic education.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
•Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
•All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
