About the Role

We have partnered with an Educational establishment who are looking for dynamic and experienced HR Project Manager to work alongside the Head of HR. This is a pivotal role that will lead and deliver strategic HR projects aligned with organisational goals, ensuring excellence in people practices and compliance with sector-specific regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and academic departments to identify project needs and priorities.
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and outcomes, reporting progress to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific standards.
  • Analyse HR data to inform project decisions and measure impact.

About You

  • Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within the education or public sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable.
