You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking marketing function that plays a critical role in delivering global campaigns, improving digital engagement and driving growth across multiple audience segments.

Your new role
You will play a key role in delivering and optimising global digital marketing activity using HubSpot Enterprise and integrated digital platforms. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you’ll take ownership of marketing automation, campaign execution and digital performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • HubSpot Marketing Operations & Campaign Delivery:
    • Manage day-to-day HubSpot operations, including workflows, campaign automation, life cycle stages and lead scoring.
    • Build and optimise campaign assets such as emails, landing pages and forms etc.
    • Support multi-channel campaigns across segmented global audiences
    • Ensure best practice in campaign setup, including UTM tracking, QA and governance
  • Website Management & Digital Experience:
    • Support ongoing website transformation projects using CMS platforms (Drupal)
    • Build and update landing pages and manage website changes from brief to release
    • Improve user journeys, conversion pathways and on-site performance
    • Implement SEO best practices and optimise digital content for performance
  • Data, Reporting & Optimisation:
    • Manage marketing data quality, segmentation and audience growth
    • Build dashboards and generate actionable insights using tools such as HubSpot and GA4
    • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise engagement and conversion
  • Collaboration & Delivery:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, brand and external agency teams
    • Support campaign coordination, governance and execution
    • Contribute to improving digital marketing processes and performance across the organisation
This role offers excellent exposure to global campaigns, enterprise-level marketing technology and digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a mix of technical expertise, analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.

Essential experience:
  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, ideally Enterprise)
  • Strong background in marketing automation, workflows, segmentation and campaign delivery
  • Experience building and optimising digital campaign assets (emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs)
  • Solid understanding of marketing operations, tracking (UTMs), QA and governance
  • Experience with data management, reporting and performance analysis (HubSpot, GA4)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Drupal or similar) and managing website updates
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, UX and digital customer journeys
  • Experience working within B2B, technology and ideally global environments
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with data and testing

Desirable:
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Reporting or Operations)
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Snowflake, Looker Studio)
  • Experience working with enterprise-level website environments and staging/sandbox setups


What you'll get in return
The role is offered on a full-time 12-month contract assignment.
£350 Per Day, Inside IR35
Based in Taunton, 2–3 days per week on-site
