HSEQ Compliance Specialist with a Fantastic Food Company!

A leading feed manufacturing business committed to excellence in quality, safety, and sustainability. The company operates a modern mill facility and prides itself on maintaining the highest standards across health, safety, environment, and quality.
Your new role
You will join as an HSEQ Systems Compliance Officer, responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) Management Systems. This includes auditing, inspections, document control, reporting, and driving continuous improvement across all departments. You’ll work closely with production, engineering, logistics, and office teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience with HSEQ or Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Internal auditor training and experience conducting audits or inspections.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and data management skills.
- Good knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
Desirable: Ability to work across operational and office environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
