HRIS, HRMS, HR Systems role in Leicester

Your new role

  • Business Unit subject-matter expert for the HR system
  • Administrator for Workday HRIS, including data entry and data integrity in the system.
  • Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled maintenance activities and supports adoption of system enhancements.
  • Serves as training point person to guide and upskill new users of the HRIS.
  • Assists with development and preparation of HRMI reporting. Responsible for producing standard reports on a regular, defined cadence and generating ad hoc reports upon request; responsible for providing analysis/storytelling through data, as requested.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data.
  • Liaise with the global HRMS team on process, system and training initiatives
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A keen interest and experience of working with HR systems, HR Analyst or Specialist experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Windows operating platforms, Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • 1+ years of Workday system training and/or practical experience are strongly preferred.
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
  • Strong follow-through skills and ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple HR projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
