Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 7 years in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment, including time in a role with broader organisational scope, focusing on business-wide people strategy
• Broad experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent development
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple European countries, and the US, China and India
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to quickly establish rapport with others
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to exercise sound judgment and make sound decisions based on data, analysis and insights
• Experience working in a lean, fast-paced, results-oriented, performance-driven culture
• Must be results oriented and able to demonstrate sound judgment when balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• High energy, comfortable performing multifaceted projects with day-to-day activities
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency when addressing customer and business concerns
