What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in HRBP roles, with strong ER expertise.
• Resilient and confident, able to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.
• Highly adaptable, capable of multitasking and managing competing priorities.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to digital transformation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
