A leading Midlands-based organisation is seeking a proactive and technically skilled HR Systems Trainer to support a major system change project. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in enhancing system capability and user experience across the business.
About the Role :
As HR Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal use of HR systems. You’ll work closely with HR and Payroll teams to identify training needs, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system improvements during a period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and materials for HR systems users.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and process changes.
- Act as the first point of contact for system queries and technical support.
- Collaborate with HR Systems Lead and HR Projects & Improvement Manager to drive efficiencies.
- Monitor compliance and escalate issues where necessary.
- Contribute to wider HR team projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with iTrent or similar HR/payroll systems.
- Strong communication and training delivery skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Solid understanding of data protection regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Business Objects and payroll legislation is a plus.
- Experience with time & attendance systems such as iTrent Paid Time or Grosvenor clocks is desirable.
