HR System Analyst - Working on iTrent implementation


You will work with a small team of systems professionals to provide a shared service to business units hosted on the iTrent platform. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role offers an office-based working arrangement with the ability to work 1-2 days from home per week. You must be local/able to commute to the site in order to apply.
- £450/500 pr day Outside IR35
- 3 Months Contract (likely to extend)

Experience in Business Issue analysis, solution identification, balance scorecards, Business Cases & Requirements is essential, as is experience of working with Agile Delivery Methods.

You will be providing customer service to our key stakeholders (HR and payroll teams), supporting with business-as-usual systems operation and helping maintain/develop new system features. We are championing a build once philosophy, and driving the adoption of standardised frameworks for all internal customers.

Experience:
  • Previous experience supporting or managing iTrent for HR and/or payroll or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Business Objects using the iTrent reporting universe.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to remain organised and prioritise a busy workload and to meet deadlines.
  • Confidence to interact with other teams and the wider business.

Already experienced as a Systems Analyst, you will have a broad understanding of ITIL and Business Analysis.


  • Demonstrable proficiency in the Business Analysis toolset, including process and user journey mapping, writing use cases and data modelling
  • Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solver who is comfortable working with technology specialists and customer-focused and pragmatic in their approach to delivery
  • Passionate about improving performance in the sector through smart infrastructure and digital transformation of operations
