Your new role
As an HR Shared Services (HRSS) Partner, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, delivering accurate and timely advice across a wide range of employee lifecycle activities. You’ll manage onboarding, contractual changes, and leavers, while ensuring data integrity across HR systems. You’ll also handle queries via the HR ticketing system, escalate complex cases, and support the implementation of HR initiatives. This role demands a proactive approach to continuous improvement and a strong commitment to service excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Experience working in shared services or HR operations environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Confidence using HR systems and generating reports.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
