About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Reward/HR Analyst with hands-on experience in Share Plans administration to support a leading financial services organisation during a key period of transformation and cyclical reward activity.

Key Responsibilities
•Administer and support the operation of employee share plans (e.g. LTIPs, RSUs, SAYE).
•Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of awards, vesting, and communications.
•Maintain and audit share plan data across HRIS and vendor platforms.
•Support reward reporting and analytics, including gender pay gap, pay equity, and regulatory disclosures.
•Assist with compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary modelling.
•Provide analytical support for cyclical reward processes (e.g. bonus and salary review).
•Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and governance.

Experience & Skills Required
•Proven experience in HR or Reward Analyst roles within financial services.
•Strong working knowledge of share plans administration and equity compensation.
•Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors).
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g. SMCR, gender pay gap reporting) is a plus
