We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving employee queries, enhancing internal communication, and driving improvements in HR systems and reward processes. You’ll be a key point of contact for employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Queries & Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support across policies, benefits, and systems.
- Maintain and update HR communications, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
- Support the delivery of internal HR communications, including newsletters, policy updates, and engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with line managers to ensure consistent messaging and employee support.
HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Train employees and managers on system use and self-service functionality.
Reward & Recognition
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programmes.
- Support the annual salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation and analysis.
- Liaise with external providers for benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Contribute to the development and communication of recognition initiatives.
About You
- Experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to employee support, HRIS, and reward.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with data and producing reports.
- Knowledge of reward frameworks and benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, WTW) is a plus.
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent experience) preferred.
