• Plan, execute, and deliver HR projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors.
• Ensure projects align with HR strategy and organizational objectives.
• Analyze HR data to inform decisions and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Support communication and training plans for HR initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.

• HRIS implementation or upgrade
• Talent development programs
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
• Employee engagement and wellbeing projects
• Policy and process redesign

• Proven experience in HR project management within large, complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (org design, performance, talent, change).
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in project and data tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Workday reporting, Excel).
• Strong planning, governance, and organizational skills.

• Experience in international environments or shared services models.
• Exposure to technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
• Project management qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile) and/or HR certification (CIPD).
