A HR Project Lead for an organisation-wide transformation for a 18 months fixed term contract.
Your new company
A well-known, established not-for-profit organisation operating out of the Leeds area with a headcount close to 1000.
Your new role
Working alongside a HR team, this is a Project Manager position for someone to support the HR team deliver their side of an organisation-wide transformation, which will involve working with different teams across the business to deliver a new and improved target operating model, system enhancements and more efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in HR at Business Partner level or beyond, but you will also have experience as a project manager. You’ll know how to develop detailed people plans that overlay technical transformation project plans, working closely with project level change managers, business area HR partners and the internal communication team.

You will own the HR Project plan and help direct what activities are needed from the HRBPs, wider people team, and change managers whilst communicating to stakeholders with timely updates. You'd need to be a skilled co-ordinator, communicator, influencer and driven to deliver outcomes and timescales.
