Part-time | until March 2026 | Hybrid (2 days office-based)

We’re a newly established organisation with a bold mission: to make homes greener, healthier, and more affordable to heat. Backed by major public sector partners, we’re entering a critical phase of growth and are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of our organisational structure between October 2025 and March 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-impact organisation from the ground up, working closely with senior stakeholders and public sector HR teams.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the driving force behind our recruitment and HR operations during this critical phase, ensuring a smooth and inclusive process from job design to onboarding. Key responsibilities include:

Recruitment & Selection
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for priority roles—from advertising to contract signing
  • Write compelling job adverts and coordinate advertising across relevant channels
  • Support shortlisting and interview processes with hiring managers
  • Set up roles in the recruitment system and establish interview panels
  • Champion diverse and inclusive recruitment practices
  • Liaise with HR teams and hiring managers to finalise offers and contracts
  • Ensure sensitive and consistent communication with unsuccessful candidates
Onboarding & Induction
  • Coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with HR teams
  • Support hiring managers with induction planning and implementation
  • Maintain accurate records and admin processes within internal HR systems
We’re looking for a confident communicator and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in HR project management and recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior leaders
  • Attention to detail and sensitivity in handling HR processes
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Working Pattern
  • Part-time: 3 days per week (ideally spread over 4 days)
  • Hybrid: approx. 2 days per week in the office
  • Start: ASAP
  • Contract: Fixed-term until March 2026
