HR/Vendor Project Manager-EMEA Benefits Team

Hays are currently partnering with an international bank to be a part of the EMEA Benefits Team, part of the global Compensation & Benefits function, manages a wide network of vendors across the EMEA region. They are seeking an experienced professional to oversee vendor governance and ensure compliance with bank standards. This role will act as a key liaison between procurement, global information security, and vendor management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management
  • Maintain and update vendor inventory and lifecycle documentation using internal tools.
  • Collaborate with Benefits Specialists and vendors to collect required information for risk assessments.
  • Ensure proper registration of data transfers between the bank and third parties.
  • Support risk assessments aligned with the bank’s governance framework.
  • Review vendor performance scorecards and drive adherence to standards.
  • Partner with Information Security to review vendor assessments and evaluate service impact.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for third-party vendors.
  • Track and report vendor-related security issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Procurement Liaison
  • Act as the primary contact between procurement and third-party vendors.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
  • Ensure vendor capabilities align with business needs.
About You
  • Proven experience in vendor governance, risk management, and procurement operations within a regulated or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and information security requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
