Senior HR Analyst opportunity for this rapidly expanding online entertainment company

Your new company
A rapidly expanding organisation with locations across Europe and North America which has just gone through an expansion project.
This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.

Your new role
This role is for an initial 6-month period with the potential for this role to extend.

We are seeking a results-driven HR Operations Specialist to come in and analyse current process flows and provide recommendations on process improvement for a project lasting an expected 6 months. This position sits at the heart of our HR Transformation programme, focused on enhancing the efficiency, value and service delivery of the HR Operations team across global locations.

Some duties will include:
  • Provide analysis and independent recommendations to HR leadership which optimises end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, talent mobility, offboarding, payroll)
  • Observe and liaise with the HR Operations team to identify pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Map current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes using various tools
  • Understand and build into recommendations any barriers to enacting upon process improvement or optimisation recommendations
  • Support the design and implementation of standard operating procedures, playbooks and process documentation
  • Monitor progress against project milestones and ensure alignment with governance and change management protocols
  • Gather feedback from HR teams and users to inform continuous improvement
  • Support training and change management initiatives to embed new ways of working

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you'll have previous experience in process mapping, identification of process inefficiencies and, ideally, having worked within a shared service environment. You'll be comfortable working in an autonomous environment and have experience of working with stakeholders at all levels.
Ideally, you'll have worked in a matrix, regulated environment but this is not essential.

A methodical approach to process improvement is important to succeed in this role.

What you'll get in return
A fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a good foundation in HR who is able to make a quick impact on process improvement for this rapidly expanding organisation. Working closely with the VP of HR, you'll gain extensive exposure to senior stakeholders where you'll have a wide sphere of influence and responsibilities.
