Your new role

In this role you will be the lead for the People Advisory Team, shaping and determining the direction and delivery of a comprehensive service to support the Trust in meeting key strategic and operational workforce objectives. You will provide leadership, management and ongoing development to the People Advisory Team ensuring it provides a professional, effective HR first level HR service to the Trust. Work is carried out within departmental guidelines with accountability to the Director of People & OD. The team manages sensitive and highly complex employee relations casework, providing support and guidance with sensitive and challenging issues relating to all staff. You will also have the opportunity under take business partnering activities. You will be expected to successfully operationalise strategy and policy leading the People Advisory Service in the delivery of efficient, legally compliant, timely, accurate, consistent and proactive HR service.
