Your new company

Our client is an international firm looking to cover maternity leave within their HR team.

Your new role

As the HR Operations lead, responsibilities will include all aspects of the HR cycle from onboarding through to offboarding. Working for a smaller entity of the business, you'll be responsible for looking after a headcount of approx 450 with the support of an HR administrator. You;; be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operations, including process delivery, ER including disciplinary and dismissal procedures, and supporting the use of the HRIS.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have a hands-on approach and enjoy taking accountability for all aspects of the role. Ideally, you'll have worked in a matrix organisation with a headcount similar to this role.
