This role leads core HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle — managing onboarding, internal moves, exits, recruitment, HR documentation, and day‑to‑day employee queries. You’ll maintain accurate HR systems, support performance processes, oversee benefits, and provide useful HR reporting.
You’ll prepare payroll inputs, track leave, maintain right‑to‑work and visa records, support audits, and uphold high standards of compliance and confidentiality.
The role also provides foundational employee relations support, coordinating meetings, notes, follow‑ups, and partnering with Legal and senior HR to ensure fair, consistent processes. You may assist with investigations and help nurture a positive employee experience.
Office operations are a key part of the role too — coordinating travel and relocations, overseeing facilities and suppliers, managing weekly office supplies, handling building issues, supporting health and safety, and driving office culture through events and engagement activities. You’ll act as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day office needs, helping create a welcoming, energised environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you’ll need a degree or relevant background, CIPD Level 5+, solid HR generalist experience, strong organisation and communication skills, and comfort working independently in a fast‑moving environment. Experience in Financial Services is beneficial but not essential.
Hybrid working, private medical insurance, 25 days’ holiday, a pension, enhanced parental leave, and the opportunity to help shape the culture and employee experience of a growing organisation with a commitment to equal opportunities.
