The HR specialist will cover all aspects of Human Resources and cover for the Payroll Administrator when required.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing new starter packs, time sheets, court orders
Processing worked hours using the attendance system, processing leaver forms
First point of contact on all HR queries, resolving general queries from employees & management
Managing the staff portal HR database
Working alongside the HR Consultant re administrating probationary period reviews, written warnings, dismissals, welfare meetings, medical capability process.
Processing DBS requests
Managing holiday and absence management
Processing ECS checks and management of right to work expiries
What you'll need to succeed
Good experience of HR administration
Payroll processing experience
Hardworking, productive, works well under pressure, reliable, supportive
Strong communication skills
Ability to work using own initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Outlook
Integrity & trust
Attention to detail & accuracy
Strong organisational skills
Procedure driven
