Opportunity for an HR Officer to join a manufacturing company that offers excellent benefits and progression.
Your new company
A well-established manufacturing company based in Antrim is seeking to add an experienced HR professional to its on-site people team. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking environment where HR plays a hands-on role supporting both day-to-day operations and continuous improvement projects.
Your new role
As HR Officer, you will provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees. You will support employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, HR systems and reporting, and contribute to wider site initiatives such as process improvement and people projects. This role offers strong autonomy, close collaboration with the wider HR team, and a clear development pathway for someone looking to progress in a busy manufacturing setting.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a broad, generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing.
Working towards or holding CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent relevant experience).
Confidence supporting employee relations cases, policy application, and providing practical HR advice to managers.
Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination and compliance checks.
Strong working knowledge of HR systems, employee data, and producing accurate reports.
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
What you'll get in return
Salary from £32,000 – £35,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
Enhanced pension offering and a strong wider benefits package.
Early finish on Fridays.
A supportive, collaborative HR team.
Opportunity to develop through structured progression and training support.
