Permanent HR Office Assistant based in Edinburgh West

Your new company

Hays are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing technology company who are looking to appoint an HR Office Assistant to their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with various duties including managing recruitment and onboarding processes, updating employee details on their in-house HR system, supporting with HR projects including DE&I and Wellbeing initiatives and handling general HR related queries. You will also support with wider office administration duties including covering reception when required, organising team events and supporting with the smooth running of the office. This is an ideal role for someone looking for a varied role in which they can develop their HR Experience and study towards a CIPD qualification.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be an ambitious individual with excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to take initiative. Previous HR experience is not essential.
