Your new role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring HR operations run smoothly and in full compliance with UK employment law. You’ll support managers and employees across a range of HR functions, including:
- Managing HR processes and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting employee relations and resolving queries
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding activities
- Coordinating performance reviews and development plans
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Identifying training needs and delivering effective programs
- Promoting wellbeing and a positive workplace culture
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in HR management
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
- Experience with HR systems and data reporting
- A CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
What you'll get in return
The salary ranges from £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience. This is a permanent vacancy.
