Your new role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring HR operations run smoothly and in full compliance with UK employment law. You’ll support managers and employees across a range of HR functions, including:

  • Managing HR processes and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting employee relations and resolving queries
  • Overseeing recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Coordinating performance reviews and development plans
  • Developing and implementing HR policies
  • Identifying training needs and delivering effective programs
  • Promoting wellbeing and a positive workplace culture

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in HR management
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience with HR systems and data reporting
  • A CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.

What you'll get in return

The salary ranges from £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience. This is a permanent vacancy.
