A fantastic HR Generalist opportunity in Oxfordshire for a well-rounded HR Advisor/Manager

Are you passionate about creating exceptional workplace cultures and supporting people to thrive? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join a client of ours who are a growing hospitality group to cover a period of maternity leave in the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a multi-site operation through a period of growth and transformation. You’ll be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to deliver a high-standard people strategy focused on attracting, retaining, and developing brilliant individuals.

This role includes responsibilities such as

  • Coaching and advising managers on best practice HR process and procedure when it comes to managing performance and employee relations matters
  • Take a lead role on an ATS implementation project planned to happen over the next 12 months
  • Collaborate with marketing and managers across the organisation to deliver engaging recruitment campaigns and take the lead on head office recruitment hiring
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding for new starters and managing the ongoing employee lifecycle, including any required HR Administration
  • Ensure compliance and mandatory training requirements are met across the business
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and appraisal processes
  • Lead on employee engagement such as recognition awards, staff communication and championing employee initiatives and events
  • Analyse feedback to inform retention and engagement strategies

To be considered, we are looking for candidates who have

  • Proven HR experience in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and upcoming legislation.
  • Willingness and flexible approach to travelling to multi-sites when required
  • A collaborative, values-driven approach to work.
