Part-Time HR Manager (Mat Cover) | Standalone Role. Perfect if you love variety, autonomy, and being the go-to HR expert. 28 hours per week

  • Owning the full HR function in a standalone capacity
  • Advising stakeholders across ER, policy, and day-to-day HR
  • Driving a positive and compliant workplace culture

What you'll need to succeed

  • Solid generalist HR experience (standalone ideal)
  • Confidence working independently and leading on HR matters
