HR Manager - London - Hybrid

Working for a global building and engineering business based in London.

Your new role
In this newly created role, you will report directly to the Group HR Director and support the business with a full HR generalist remit. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries across the employee lifecycle, including ER, Wellbeing and Recruitment. With a head count of around 150 across 7 offices, you will be based at the head office in London City and will be working on a hybrid basis with 3 days in and 2 days WFH.
This role will take the first layer of HR Operational related duties from the Group HR Director and will have the opportunity to progress into a Head of HR role in time.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)
Generalist HR experience ideally gained within a similar sector, i.e. Engineering, Construction or Architectural
Managed ER cases from low level to more complex
Experience of using HiBob HRIS systems
