Working for a global conglomerate

We’re looking for a confident and capable HR professional to step into a brand-new role within the energy arm of a global conglomerate. As the first HR hire, you’ll be the go-to person for everything HR-related, helping shape the function from the ground up.

As the first HR hire for this Energy Affiliation, you will be the sole point of contact for all things HR. From leading end to end global Recruitment to managing Employee Relations, including, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE and overseeing payroll.

Provide sound HR advice, and you will provide sound HR Advisor and expertise to the group.

As well as providing sound HR advice and guidance, you will take the lead on projects and act as the UK specialist HR Professional.

CIPD Level 7 or equivalent

Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in a global or fast-paced environment.

Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and a good understanding of international HR practices.

A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently

Great communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
