Your new role

This is a new position to enhance the HR team and support and facilitate the growth of the business in a fast-paced environment.

In summary, the role will be to support the Head of HR in delivering HR Management support for the business, including:

  • HR Process and Compliance

  • Performance Management

  • Training and Development
  • Culture and Wellbeing
  • Company Policies.

What you'll need to succeed

HR experience essential for this post – experienced HR Manager/ HRBP or Senior HR Advisor level.

Ideally experienced in blue collar environments – manufacturing, logistics, engineering etc.

Ideally CIPD qualified

Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook

Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work
