Your new role

With a direct reporting line into the HR Director, the HR Manager plays a key role in supporting both the business and employees across the group of companies.
This busy and varied role covers the full employee lifecycle and, with the support of the Director, you will take the lead on all Employee Relations matters, work on strategic people initiatives, including work streams in wellbeing, HRMI, reward, engagement and DE&I. Working closely with the wider management team, the HR Manager will also drive forward projects aligned with modern HR practices. This role is highly collaborative, maintaining strong connections with employees and leadership, and feeding insights back to senior stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

3–5 years in a Senior HR Advisor Role

Experienced in managing ER casework

Studying towards CIPD level 5
