With an increasing headcount, this small regulated financial services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team.

Your new role

Due to expansion, this client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team as the first member of their HR team. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the employee cycle as well as implementing new processes into a growing business. Due to this being a newly created role, our client is seeking an individual who is able to work initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be an experienced HR specialist and will have worked within a regulated financial services industry. Ideally, you'll have worked in an environment where you have been part of a growth journey and have experience of working with senior stakeholders and/or owners. Alternatively, you'll have worked in a larger regulated environment and want to take full ownership of an HR Function. A hands-on approach is essential in this role.
