The HR team is now seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support the integration programme, with a particular focus on delivering a smooth and compliant TUPE transfer.

Your new role
You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering the TUPE transfer programme, ensuring all legal, operational and people‑related requirements are met. Working closely with the Group HR team, you will:

- Lead TUPE activities — including due diligence, consultation, documentation, timelines and employee communications.
- Support wider HR operations — providing generalist HR support across the integration project.
- Manage ER casework as it arises, ensuring fair, timely and compliant outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees across both the existing organisation and the newly acquired business.
- Contribute to a positive employee experience throughout the transition.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with hands‑on TUPE transfer delivery.
- Strong understanding of employment law and change management processes.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Comfortable working on a hybrid basis, with three days per week on‑site near Selby.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
