We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Warwick, currently undergoing a significant HR systems transformation. They are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HR Systems & Data Specialist to join their team on an 11-month fixed-term contract.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on a high-impact project, supporting the optimisation of HR data and systems while delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders.
Role Overview:
As the data expert within the HR Systems team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving HR data quality, supporting system performance, and producing accurate
Reports. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure data integrity and support business needs during a period of change.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR data, including organisational structure and system housekeeping.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyse and deliver data insights.
- Produce ad-hoc reports using Business Objects and support payroll compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to data protection regulations.
- Contribute to wider HR projects and process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience with HR/payroll systems (iTrent preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Business Objects and payroll legislation is desirable.
- Experience with time & attendance systems (e.g. iTrent Paid Time or Grosvenor clocks) is a plus.
