Based at their North Lincolnshire site (based in commutable distance from Gainsborough / parts of Doncaster / North of Lincoln / South of Scunthorpe / Market Rasen.

You will be part of a HR team of 2 dealing with all areas of HR / Employee Lifecyle and L&D/Training for all employees.

You will be part of a HR team of 2 dealing with all areas of HR / Employee Lifecyle and L&D/Training for all employees.
You will support the business with day-to-day HR and employee lifecycle duties – from recruitment, enhancing the worker journey and career development / probations /reviews and performance reviews. This will include recruitment activities, onboarding processes, probation journeys, employee assistance, managing onsite communications and all related HR administrative tasks.
You will also be the HR Representative in ER meetings – taking notes and actioning follow ups. You will then get the opportunity to develop your ER experience to eventually run and fully support these meetings - ensuring full investigation processes are adhered to.
You will manage the LMS system, book training, monitor and update the Training Matrix, assist and diarise Line Managers reviews with employees, assisting with producing and planning training plans.
You will also get the opportunity to assist with monthly reporting & analysis and other HR projects that the HRBP is involved in from the group level.
Working in a busy and fast-paced environment, you will be given the opportunity to progress and develop your HR career – and in the future can take on more responsibilities within HR or L&D/Training.
NB - This is a site-based role - Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally possess an administrative/processes background in a HR and / or Training (Learning and Development) environment.
Be CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards (or want to start shortly).
Strong IT skills including Excel.
Strong and proven time management and workload prioritisation abilities
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer, dependant on your experience and skill set - from £28000 to £30000.
