HR Shared Services Coordinator
Role Overview
Supports the regional HR team across multiple countries, handling employee and manager queries, processing HR transactions, and maintaining accurate HR data. Acts as the first point of contact for HR enquiries and ensures smooth delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming HR queries, resolving or routing them to the right specialist.
- Process HR transactions (new hires, changes, leavers) in HR systems.
- Maintain accurate employee data and personnel records.
- Support HR colleagues with routine payroll, benefits, and compensation queries.
- Run and prepare HR reports; request custom reports when needed.
- Support regulated‑role requirements, including background checks and training records.
- Provide admin support across HR activities, including invoice processing.
- Contribute to HR projects and general office support as required.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years’ HR experience in a client‑focused environment.
- Strong HR systems experience (Workday or similar).
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise, problem‑solve, and work collaboratively.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
Education
- A‑Level education (or equivalent) plus relevant HR experience.
