HR Consultant with a focus on wellbeing

Your New Role

We are working with a fantastic client who is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join them on a 6-month assignment and make a real impact.

This role is all about supporting the holistic wellbeing of the workforce and ensuring the health and resilience of employees during a period of organisational change.

You Will Be:

Advising and coaching managers on how to use health support services effectively when making referrals
Partnering with the ER team to upskill managers and ensure appropriate use of health resources
Taking a commercial view on wellbeing-related contracts and providing insights to leadership
Developing and embedding a holistic wellbeing strategy across the organisation during transformation

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience driving wellbeing initiatives and embedding a holistic strategy
Ability to support managers in making effective health referrals and using support services confidently
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
