Your new role
Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their high-achieving HR team. Responsibilities will include assisting the team throughout the full employee cycle, supporting the management of ER cases, payroll administration and various data analytics. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to involve yourself in various employee initiatives and projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have worked in a professional services environment and, with either a degree in HR or working towards your CIPD, you'll have a strong knowledge of the full HR cycle with excellent Excel and data analytics experience. With a strong understanding of UK employment, you'll be process-driven and have great attention to detail.
