  • Analyse HR metrics to provide insights that inform decision‑making and enhance people management practices.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence across compensation & benefits, learning & development, and recruitment.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects focused on talent development, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, promoting a unified, collaborative approach to people management.
  • Ensure HR documentation, data and reporting are accurate, compliant and well‑maintained.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to influence key decisions, shape culture and contribute to the long‑term success of a global organisation.

  • Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner within a fast‑paced environment (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, technical operations ideally).
  • Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using HR data to drive decisions.
  • Experience leading change and supporting cultural transformation.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and digital tools.
  • CIPD Level 5 (minimum) and a relevant degree; Level 7 or advanced HR/OD qualifications are advantageous.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary offering, plus 15% bonus.
  • 10% employer pension contribution.
  • £30 per month wellness allowance.
  • 25 days holiday + BH, plus the option to buy an additional 5 days.
  • Healthcare cover.
  • Opportunity to work within a global, innovative organisation.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision‑making.
