About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading not-for-profit housing association on a short-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact by delivering strategic HR support across a range of critical initiatives.

As an HRBP, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness and ensure alignment between people strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support projects in organisational design, workforce planning, talent and performance management, and culture change.
  • Develop and implement diversity, inclusion, and engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Provide expert advice on high-risk HR, legal, and employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance organisational capability and employee experience.

About You
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within complex organisations, ideally in the not-for-profit or housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice in employee relations.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Skilled in managing change and driving engagement initiatives.
