I'm recruiting an experienced HR BP for a role in Exeter, 12 months FTC, up to £45k pa, 12 month FTC

I'm looking for an experienced HR professional who’s energised by meaningful partnership, confident decision‑making and the chance to influence large‑scale organisational change.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with HR colleagues to ensure managers and staff receive proactive and pragmatic HR support that genuinely makes a difference. You’ll be the trusted partner leaders turn to—someone who can cut through complexity, offer grounded advice, and help shape solutions that work in the real world.

You’ll collaborate with managers to navigate complex HR challenges, using your coaching skills to build capability, strengthen decision‑making and act as a critical friend who isn’t afraid to challenge constructively. Your influence will help leaders grow, teams flourish and the wider organisation move forward with confidence.
