This is a role where your judgement, confidence and ability to influence will make a measurable impact.

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law

  • Experience managing ER cases end‑to‑end

  • Proven background in a HR generalist or partnering role

  • Ability to work across multiple sites in a fast‑moving environment

  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills

  • Multi‑site or multi‑entity environments

  • Experience preparing monitoring or reporting activity

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

  • 12 month contract, possible extension

  • Hybrid working with regular site engagement

  • Company pension

  • Free on‑site parking

  • Wellbeing and engagement initiatives
