Location: London City
Salary Range: £70,000–£85,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Full Benefits Package

Your new role
This role has scope to grow into a Senior Manager position, offering a strong trajectory for the right candidate. With a newly formed CoE functions to support, you’ll focus on
Commercial partnering, performance, and talent strategy.

You’ll be expected to:
- Operate independently and drive performance-led HR initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand commercial goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate HR strategy that is commercially focused, not just process-driven.
- Demonstrate clear business impact through your work.
- Lead HR initiatives that support strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and development.
- Reduce reliance on ER casework and focus on business impact.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in professional services, financial services or FTSE250 environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate the business value of HR initiatives.
- Experience working in complex partnership environments.
- Ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.
- A track record of achievement and output, not just process.
