Location: Liverpool
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

The Role: As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning their company's HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyse workforce trends and metrics to develop and implement workforce planning strategies.
  • Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • CIPD Level 7 Qualification or equivalent is essential
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems, recruitment processes and learning and development strategies
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience dealing with complex ER cases
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
