HR Business Partner job in Kings Lynn - HR lead for a growing manufacturer
Your new role
I am keen to chat with experienced HR Business Partners/HR Managers seeking a new opportunity in the Kings Lynn area. Part of SLT, this is a stretching business lead role with a good mix of operational day-to-day and strategic influence as you shape and deliver the site people plan.
You'll be joining an innovative, global manufacturer that produces some iconic brands. This is a fast-paced, growing site based in Kings Lynn with circa 580 permanent/temporary colleagues. I hear of many roles focussed on downsizing, but this is refreshingly more about setting them up for continued growth.
The Director wants to move things on, to get better, and to connect with the local community more. They want to promote a continuous learning culture, and very much see this as an opportunity to make a difference with 'value add’ people initiatives.
A manufacturing/FMCG background would be ideal but very open to similar sector backgrounds.
